Books you can actually trust.

3_edited.png

Monthly bookkeeping from a senior advisor who knows your business — not a rotating support queue. Clean, reconciled, explained in plain language, every month.

One hour. Real feedback on your books. No pitch.

THE PROBLEM

Every business runs on a ledger.
Most owners can't read theirs.

What It's Costing You — Now & Later

DEBIT — WHAT YOU'RE LIVING WITH

CREDIT — WHAT YOU GET INSTEAD

A different bookkeeper every few months, and having to re-explain your business each time

Books that are technically "done" but tell you nothing about what to do next

A tax bill that shows up as a surprise instead of a forecast

QuickBooks that's months behind, or reconciled by no one in particular

One dedicated senior advisor who already knows your business, every month

Clean financial statements, walked through in plain language — not jargon

Quarterly visibility into what you'll owe, before it's due

Books current, reconciled, and ready the moment you need them — for a lender, a buyer, or yourself

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Bookkeeping, run the way a finance partner would run it.

Not data entry outsourced overseas. Not software you're left to interpret alone. A standing part of your team.

01

Categorization & reconciliation

Every transaction categorized and reconciled monthly, on a set schedule — not whenever someone gets to it.

03

One advisor, not a queue

The same senior person every month. They know your chart of accounts because they built it.

02
Statements, explained

Income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow — delivered with a plain-language walkthrough, not just a PDF.

04

Built to connect upward

Your books feed directly into forecasting and KPIs the moment you're ready — no re-onboarding a new provider.

HOW IT STARTS

Three stages. Ongoing Conversations

The Consultation

A real conversation about the state of your books and finances — no pitch, no slides.

Onboarding & Cleanup
Untangle commingled accounts and stale reconciliations so your books are finally something you can trust.

Ongoing Bookkeeping

Your books, kept current every month by the same advisor — reconciled, reported, and reviewed with you.

THE DIFFERENCE

Compared to the high-volume alternative.

FAQs

How much are your fees? Based upon the level of activity, transactions and accounts to manage, our rates begin at $595.

What if my books are already a mess? That's what the onboarding stage is for. We untangle commingled accounts and catch up stale reconciliations first, so ongoing bookkeeping starts from a clean, trustworthy baseline instead of building on top of the mess.

Do you handle payroll and taxes too? Bookkeeping is scoped around your books specifically. Tax filing and payroll can be coordinated alongside it — we'll map out exactly what you need at the Consultation.

What software do you work in? Xero, primarily — including Financial Systems Setup if your chart of accounts, invoicing, or bank connections need to be built from scratch.
